The Jackson Heart Study (JHS) Institutional Review Board (IRB) Working Group (WG) is responsible for:

  • Overseeing and monitoring all JHS Institutional Review Board (IRB) activities
  • Facilitating collaborative communications and transfer of information among the IRBs regulating the JHS:  Jackson State University, University of Mississippi Medical Center, and Tougaloo College.
